Nutri-Oeuf, a grader and marketer of fresh eggs, has acquired a company in Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon in Quebec.

Nutri-Oeuf, which is part of the Groupe-Nutri-Group, announced its acquisition of Ovale Eggs’ entire assets this week. Ovale Eggs specializes in egg cleaning, grading, packaging and distribution to grocery stores throughout Quebec and New Brunswick.
